These visas were issued by Aristides de Sousa Mendes in Bordeaux on June 14, 1940.
Lilly MATATHIAS and the PRIESTER family crossed into Portugal and stayed in Estoril. They sailed from Lisbon to New York on the vessel Quanza in August 1940.
They continued on the same vessel to Vera Cruz, Mexico, where they disembarked, and they remained in Mexico for the rest of their lives.
