About the Family
The LIBERMAN family received a Portuguese visa in Bayonne from vice-consul Manuel de Vieira Braga under the authority of Aristides de Sousa Mendes on June 22, 1940.
They crossed into Portugal on June 29, 1940, and resided in Figueira da Foz. In January 1941 they sailed on the vessel Quanza to Brazil, where they settled.
