About the Individual

Rosalie CAMPBELL, a Scottish citizen living in Paris, crossed the French/Spanish border at Hendaye in June 1940, after presumably obtaining a visa from Aristides de Sousa Mendes.

She crossed into Portugal and flew on the Yankee Clipper seaplane from Lisbon to New York in August 1940.
